Charles "Chip" Venson Rowe III's Obituary
Charles (Chip) Venson Rowe, 38, of Sturtevant, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, April 16, 2017.
On December 16, 1978, Chip was born in Waukegan, Illinois. In his younger years, Chip lived in Bremerton, Washington, and in his teens he moved with his family to Wisconsin. He always felt that the Seattle area was his home.
Chip was employed as a journeyman meat cutter at Pritzlaff Meats in New Berlin. He enjoyed a variety of music from ICP to The Doors to Frankie Vallie. Chip was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and a diehard Tony Stewart fan. He always enjoyed sharing experiences with his brother, Dirk, including going to NFL games and NASCAR races.
Over the past four years, Chip discovered the joys of fatherhood. He was a dedicated father and adored his son, Maxwell. Chip and Max enjoyed many adventures together.
Chip is remembered with love by his son, Maxwell; his parents, Rick and Linda Paul; his brother, Dirk Schwarman; his grandmother, Cyrilla Hill; uncles: Steve (Cheryl) Hilgendorf and Don (Leslie) Hilgendorf; aunt, Teresa (Rob) Kandell; cousins: Jamie, Andy, Emily, T.J., Matthew; Michelle Reith (Maxwell’s mother) and other relatives and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Hilgendorf, and uncle, Thomas Hilgendorf.
A celebration of Chip’s life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home (1212 Lathrop Ave., Racine, Wisconsin) A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
Memorial donations to benefit Chip’s son, Max, would be appreciated by the family. An account has been set up through Educators Credit Union in Maxwell Rowe’s name.
