Bryan Hagquist's Obituary
Racine – Mr. Bryan Hagquist, 64, passed away at home on Thursday, December 12, 2013.
Bryan was born in South Milwaukee to the late Betty (nee Blewett) Blunt on April 14, 1949. He was owner/operator of a Pepperidge Farm Distribution Route ("Breadman").
Bryan was united with Marilyn Joyce for more than ten years and lived in Racine for most of his life. He was an enthusiastic cyclist, a cross country skier, an avid gardener and a nature photographer.
Bryan is survived by his loving wife; daughters Alexis (Bradley) Dahmer and Kira Gorski Hagquist; grandson Dante Dahmer; brother Craig Hagquist; step-brothers Greg (Diane) Blunt and Gary (Bernie) Blunt; step-children Joey Lalor, Tony Lalor and Amy Lalor; and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dane Hagquist.
Visitation will be held at Olympia Brown Unitarian Universalist Church, 625 College Avenue, on Sunday, December 15, 2013 from 6:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM with Pastor Rev. Dr. Tony Larsen officiating. Private inurnment will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to Hospice Alliance. Floral tributes may be delivered to Wilson Funeral Home by 3:00 PM. Mr. Hagquist's family would like to thank the caring staff of Hospice Alliance for their expertise, kindness and compassion towards Bryan and his family. Additionally, a special thanks to the many special friends who have offered their support.
