Bonnie Jean Domenech's Obituary
Racine - Bonnie Jean Domenech, 72, passed away on May 30, 2025. Born on November 19, 1952, in Burlington, Bonnie spent her life devoted to caring for others—with a warm heart, a quick wit, and a deep love for her family.
Bonnie worked as a caregiver in nursing homes, where her natural compassion and kindness brought comfort to countless lives. At home, she was the heart of the family, known for her welcoming spirit and the way she made everyone—especially her children’s friends—feel like they belonged. Her door was always open, her kitchen often busy, and her laugh unforgettable.
She loved cookouts and holiday gatherings, where she doted on her children and grandchildren. Whether she was watching classic shows like I Love Lucy, Bonanza, and Leave It to Beaver on MeTV, catching a suspenseful LifeTime movie, or playing race car video games, Bonnie found joy in the simple pleasures of life.
Bonnie leaves behind her beloved son: Brian Babieczko; daughters: Annette Domenech and Georgette Domenech; and grandchildren: Kalahï, Logan, Alaina, Liam, Talia, Bonnie, and Eric. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Patricia Conley and Louise Babieczko.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff for Gardens of Mount Pleasant and anyone else who gave love and helped lessen the load of this stressful time.
Bonnie’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and a home where everyone was welcome. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the joy of knowing her.
Services will be held privately.
