Bernard Alexander's Obituary
Mr. Alexander, 59, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007. He was born in Hammond, Indiana on April 22, 1947 to the late Bernard and Lucille (nee: Gasaway) Alexander.
In 1965 he graduated from high school in Highland, Indiana. He graduated in 1978 from Indiana University on the dean's list with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was a Specialist in the Army Reserves. He started working in 1978 at Toledo Scales in Westerville, OH, retiring as a plant manager in 2000 at the Franksville, WI Mettler- Toledo Plant. He worked as a sales associate for Southeast Realty in Racine. He was a member of the Mason Lodge # 89 and a member of the Jaycees both in Montezuma, IN.
He is survived by his daughter, Shannon Alexander of Terre Haute, IN, sisters, Noreen Rayl of Rochester, IN, Patricia Newlin of Portage, IN, grandson, Jeremy Bivens of Terre Haute, IN, his loving friend, Tanya Bertram of Racine, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive.
Services to celebrate Butch's life will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home 1212 Lathrop Ave., on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. Relatives and Friends may meet with the family at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Friends may meet with the family for the interment services on Thursday Feb. 1, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Caledonia Memorial Park Caledonia, WI.
