Armella Hansche's Obituary
Racine - Mrs. Armella J. Hansche, 88, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Health Care on Monday, September 4, 2006.
Armella was born in Butternut, Wisconsin to the late James and Erna (nee: Roethig) Dargin on December 16, 1917 and had lived in Racine for most of her life. She was united in marriage to Raymond Hansche on July 5, 1973 who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hansche was employed by Piggly Wiggly for 18 years retiring in 1973. She was a member of the Racine Country Club.
Armella is survived by her two grandsons, John and Lance Dobersek; her close friend of the family, Mamie Louis; and two special friends, Carol Duncan and Sister Kathleen Reichert. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Donald Hisey; one daughter, Carol Dobersek; one sister, Ruth Gosline; three brothers, William, James, and John Dargin; and one half-sister, Mae Dargin.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon, September 9, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev. Jeffrey Barrow officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family on Saturday from 12 noon until service time. Interment services will be held at Mound Cemetery on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 1 pm. Please meet at the Mound Cemetery entrance near the Garden Court Crypts. Memorials may be directed to the Siena Center or to Holy Communion Lutheran Church.
