Ann Jacoby's Obituary
Mount Pleasant – Ann Jacoby, 93, passed away at Becker-Shoop Center on Wednesday, March 2, 2016.
Ann was born in Marshfield to the late Fred and Frances (nee: Bianchi) Carolfi on March 4, 1922. She was united in marriage to George W. Jacoby on September 4, 1941. He preceded her in death on January 20, 1984.
Ann was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church. She worked as a waitress for most of her life and retired in her late sixties. She enjoyed walking, crocheting, cooking, baking and gardening. She really loved her flowers. Her family was most important to her and she will be dearly missed.
Ann is survived by her children, Patrick Jacoby and (Mary), Carol Armstrong, Ruth Jacoby, Elaine Drier and Linda Millburn; grandchildren, Cindy (Mike) Duran, Sherry Carrion, Samuel Sanchez, Wanda (Ken) Gall, Mike (Liz) Mahnke; great grandchildren, Joshua, Adam, Michael and Michelle Duran, Kevin Millburn, Amy and Aaron (Savanna) Hollow, Brandon (Michelle), Tandon and Brittney Cordova, Sammy, Nick and Skylar Sanchez, and Taylor and Grant Mahnke; great-great granddaughter, Paisley Hollow; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ann was also preceded in death by her son, Edward Jacoby; son-in-law, Bob Drier; granddaughter, Kathy Carrion; six brothers and five sisters.
A celebration of life will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon with Pastor Krista Zimmerman officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 noon service. Memorials may be directed to Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church.
