Alice Morin's Obituary
Sturtevant-Mrs. Morin, 96, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Wheaton Franciscan/All Saints. She was born in Racine on Aug. 11, 1914 to the late Alfons and Hedwig Dobrowolski. She lived in Racine her whole life. In 1939 she was united in marriage to Silas Morin. She was employed at St. Marys Hospital for 15 years.
She was a member of St. Sebastian's Catholic Church. She loved to crotchet and was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers. She cared deeply for her family and friends.
She is survived by two sons, Terrance (Mary) Morin, Eugene (Gloria) Morin; seventeen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Marilyn and Lois, two sons, Howard and Thomas.
Funeral services will be held at St. Sebastian's Catholic Church (3030 95th St.) on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Paul Raczynski officiating. Private entombment will be held. Friends may meet with the family at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
