Alice Curtis' Obituary
Alice, 88, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008 at Beverly Center in Kenosha. She was born on April 3, 1919 to the late William and Alma (nee: Cammack) Curtis. She lived in Racine for 25 years.
She was a foster parent for the Milwaukee Child Welfare for many years. She was an active member of Racine Bible Church, lifetime member of the P.T.A and the neighborhood watch program.
She is survived by over fifty foster children, including, Jeffrey Curtis, Paula Swanigan, Curtis (Angela) Bickham, Anthony Evans, and Vincent Ward.
A Memorial Service will be held at Racine Bible Church 12505 Spring St, Sturtevant on Friday, Feb. 29, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. John Meisel officiating. Private interment was held at Graceland Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family at the church on Friday from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service.
