Cousin Georgie was one of a kind. He always made our visits with the Westrichs crazy and so much fun. Those childhood experiences were priceless, sustaining fond memories well into adulthood. We recall those times and just laugh. He was a great cousin and will be missed.

Karen and family: Mike and Carol Conway and Brian wish to send our condolences. We used to live next door to you on Hayes Ave. There were many times we would talk over the fence and will always remember the jokes George used to tell! So sorry to hear of your loss.
My fond memories of George are from when we were young. I remember him as a fun loving risk taker. It makes me laugh even now to think of the crazy things we did. Once he came to my parents' home, stopped in front, revved up the engine of his dad's Olds, then when he had my attention spun the tires all the way down the block, then in reverse squealed the tires all the way back to the other end of the block, finally squealing away. I returned the favor taking my grandfather's car to George's house for forward and backward burn outs. He had a good heart, when I bought my first decent car he volunteered unasked to spend the better part of a day polishing then waxing it with me.
I regret that we lost touch when I moved from Racine and am very sorry George wasn't well enough in recent years to attend our annual reunions of those of us left who went together as teenagers to San Francisco to live. What a time we had there, with George adding a lot of fun to the mix.
