Union Grove, formerly of Racine - LeRoy B. Keenan, 93, passed away at the Clement J. Zablocki Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee on March 30, 2022. LeRoy was born in Racine to the late LeRoy D. and Adelia (nee Goll) Keenan on January 17, 1929. He was united in marriage to the late Farrell J. (nee Jensen) Keenan on October 30, 1954. LeRoy was a longtime member of Racine Bible Church. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, cribbage, traveling, and spending time with his family. LeRoy will be lovingly remembered by his daughters: Lynn Landish and Joan (Mark) Schaefer; grandchildren: Jody Landish, Beth Landish, James (Kristen) Davis, Bennett Davis, Brieann (Dana) Clausing, Ian Schaefer, and Owen (Rochelle DeJarlais) Schaefer; great grandchildren: Jacob and Alyssa Clausing, James M. Davis, and Jak and Gage Davis; sister, Ruth King; brother-in-law, Bruce (LeAnna) Jensen; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. LeRoy is preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy D. and Adelia Keenan; parents-in-law, William S. and Anna Jensen; daughter, Kim E. (nee Keenan) Davis; sister, Georgina Calverly; brother, Robert Keenan; and many other relatives. A celebration of LeRoy's life will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, April 8, 2022, beginning with a visitation at 11:30 a.m. until the start of the funeral ceremony at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor John Anderson presiding. A committal service and full military honors will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park chapel. Donations to the family have been suggested for a memorial in LeRoy’s name at Ives Grove Golf course.
