Dear Seater family, I knew Maggie from St. Luke's School of Nursing, As a student I learned from her in Recovery Room, What a kind , funny lady. One of my classmates was Sue Smith Tangerstrom. She would tell us all the funny stories of your Mom and Grandmother as they worked together. I think the funniest was the kid who asked her a favor. The kid was recovering from eye surgery. At St. Luke there were rocking chairs to help the nurses calm the kids. This little girl was in Maggie's arm rocking away with Maggie singing. The child looked up at her and said" Lady? Just rock. Ms Maggie touched my heart with her story of nursing during the war, she would only speak of the happy times. She always left me feeling happy and with a smile on my face. I am truly Blessed to have had her touch my heart the way she did. She was a true beauty inside and out. I will never forget her.
