I had the pleasure of marching with the Boys of 76 in the late 1950's and early 1960's when "Jelly Belly" entertained the audiences with his unique cymbal contributions. I had all intentions of coming to Racine today to pay my respects in person, but the driving conditions will not make it possible … I would be coming from Germantown. RIP Jim!
